Fresh spirulina must not be consumed by phenylketonuria patients, autoimmune intestinal (Crohn, ulcerative colitis) patients during the period of exacerbation and by anyone undergoing dialysis. Renal failure patients must consult their physician. It is not recommended for people who had received heart, liver or kidney transplant.

If you are new to spirulina consumption, please start with small amounts, then increase gradually according to your plan.

Energy

Our spirulina is natural. It contains similar levels of energy to yoghurt. It is fat-free, saturated fat-free, has low content of sugars and contains naturally occurring sugars.

Protein

Our spirulina is high in protein. Therefore, by consuming over 38ml of it's alive spirulina per day, it contributes to the maintenance and growth in muscle mass and to the maintenance of normal bones. The protein content of our spirulina can be compared to that of veal, with only 35% less content gram for gram.

Vitamin Α

Magnesium

It’s alive spirulina is high in Magnesium. Almonds have about 30% hgher content than our spirulina. Add more than 25ml per day of our fresh spirulina in your daily diet to enjoy the health benefits above.

Potassium

It’s alive spirulina is high in Potassium. It has over 2.5 times higher content than that of bananas. The benefits above can help you if you consume at least 31 ml per day of our spirulina.

Manganese
